I have a charge coming off of my credit card for 47.50 monthly to this number.

CLAIMS TO BE A LAWYER AND DEMANDS I SEND A LETTER BY E-MAIL OR FAX AUTHORIZING THEM TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT IF NOT CONTINUING CHARGES AGAINST ME AND THAT I WILL BE ARRESTED AT WORK!

Called my house and my husband's cell phone and said they were the law and legal department. My husband called them back and they said they would not talk to him as the situation involved me. My husband said if it involved me, it involved him because they called his cell phone. They said I put him down as a reference. Why would I put my husband as a reference? They said they had a lawsuit against me but would not state about what.

How can a person block them from calling my cell phone? Is there any way to report them to FCC??

When I answered the call, someone came on and addressed me by name. I said, "who's calling" and they said "do you still have a Hyundai". I said, "I don't have one". That's when they hung up. This happened on Saturday, February 13th, 12:26pm (est).

I have had 9 phone calls from this number in the past 7 days -- including one Sunday morning at 10:40 am. I know why they are calling but I still consider it harassment; calliing me repeatedly is not going to allow me to pay them any faster, nor is it likely to make me more likely to choose them to pay first.

Keeps calling me about someone O know taking out payday loans & that I will be arrested if I don't get a lawyer and show up in court. I ask them questions & they tell me to stop calling them ! They keep calling my cell and threatening to arrest me. I have no idea what they are talking about.

I won a Florida trip at a cost $598 usd. just had to buy with my mastercard. Caller informed me that only 25 of these offers where given away a year I must be a very lucky person as i have won it 3 times these week already and its only tuesday.

Dead Air when I pick up the phone. They will not leave a message.

I was told that I was going to be arrected and charged a felony for not paying back a payday loan. I received a call stating that I had to pay them within two hours. I also asked for the prosecuting attorneys name so that I can make payment arrangement myself and I was not given the name nor number of the prosecuting attorney.They have also called my job!!
